Smt. Rajeshwari married Dr. D. Ramanaidu in 1955. They have three children, two sons and a daughter. She was a pillar of support during the times when Dr. D. Ramanaidu had to continue his philanthropic works inspite of being involved actively in film production.

After his demise, Smt. Rajeshwari has taken over the responsibility of running the Trust's activities.
